Shipping & Delivery

Q: How Does Shipping Work?

A: Any orders received before 12pm will be dispatched, the same working day. All orders received after 12pm, will be sent the next working day.

Shipping will usually take between 2-5 working days for UK orders. 3-8 working days for international orders. 

*Please note, these are our typical delivery times, and times may vary during busy periods such as Christmas, and bank holidays.

 

Q: Which courier service do you use?

A: We aim to give our customers the best possible service by using the most reputable couriers available.

Primarily we will use either Royal Mail or DPD.

 

Q: How much do I pay for shipping?

A: Standard delivery is £2.99 (2-5 working days), with Express delivery being £4.99 (1-2 working days).

However, all orders over £50 will qualify for free standard delivery (2-5 working days)

 

Q: Can I change my shipping address? 

A: As long as you have not received your dispatch email yet, we should be able to change the delivery address. 

Although, please note, once this is dispatched, we will not be able to redirect any delivery until it is returned to sender. 

 

Q: Help! My order has not been delivered. 

A: If you have received your delivery email, yet your parcel has not arrived. Or, your parcel has exceeded the delivery date and still not arrived, please do not panic and email us immediately at support@fuzzyhoods.com.

We will have to open an investigation with the courier first, to determine wether or not the parcel has been lost/stolen. Once concluded, we can either redeliver the same parcel, or send out another one free of charge. 

 

Returns/Cancelations

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: We're the confident that you will LOVE your FuzzyHood, that we offer 30 days free returns. To initiate your return, please email us with your order number at support@fuzzyhoods.com.

To qualify for a free return:

1. Item(s) must be initiated for return within 30 days of the date your order was placed.

2. You must still have all of the original packaging, including the ribbon, and card. 

3. Your item(s) must be in a "like new" condition.

4. You must provide a picture of your item(s) proving their condition, with all of the original packaging. 

Once processed, we will provide you with a returns label to take to your local returns office. Once we revive the item(s) at our warehouse and confirm the eligibility, we will then process the refund. 

Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email, and your refund should land back in your bank account within 5 working days. If 5 working days has passed and you are still waiting for your refund, please contact us immediately at support@fuzzyhoods.com.

*Please note, if you're returning an item from a bundle, or from the sale, which is no longer in the sale, you will receive the amount you paid for on the original order.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Of course. We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible for our customers, so if you wish to cancel an order, please make sure to contact us as soon as possible via email or live chat (we recommend live chat for quickness), with your order number and reason for canceling. If your order has not yet dispatched, we can cancel this immediately for you and refund your money in full. 

If we do miss the window for cancelation, we must wait until the parcel arrives. You may either refuse delivery and send it back to us, or we can just initiate a return as normal. 

 

Q: My item has arrived faulty, what can I do?

A: Here at FuzzyHoods, we're proud to offer our customers a premium experience with our items, and therefor if your item, for whatever reason, arrives damaged or faulty, you may return your item immediately.

In fact, you actually have 90 days to return any faulty items. However, anything after 90 days since your order date, will be considered as "wear and tear".

To return your faulty item, please refer to our regular returns procedure. Although please note, you will not be required to keep any of the original packaging etc. 

 

Christmas Returns policy

Q: Do you offer extended returns over Christmas?

A: Yes. If you purchase an item anytime after 00:01am on the 20th of November, you will have until 23:59 on the 7th of the following January to initiate your returns process for either a refund or exchange.
